Job Description:
The inside sales/quotations group at One Source is in the business of relationship selling where they use their communication skills, technical knowledge, and commitment to customer satisfaction to secure project orders. This role involves taking ownership of jobs from initial quote to order entry. Team members are responsible for estimating products and projecting profitability on every job. They need to be experts in the products we sell and the price levels of those products in order to ensure that our company continues to be recognized as the preferred supplier in all of the markets we serve. The quotations group is very high energy, focused and talented. If you have the desire to understand the electrical business and work with customers, this might be the perfect job for you!Reports to:
Quotations Manager
Responsibilities:
- Daily Quotations – providing accurate prices and bills of materials to customers
- Negotiating prices to secure orders
- Processing orders to be given to customer service for order entryevelop customer service training program to upgrade skill sets
- Processing orders to be given to customer service for order entry
- 5. Serve as a reference for technical support
